Custom orders, including specialty fabrics, coverings, embroidery, stitch patterns, speakers, heaters and seat belt configuration constitute, when work commences, a firm and irrevocable order for which the customer is responsible for payment and, if required, all costs related to shipping.
Customer also must take into account that custom fabrics and coverings as well as accessories (heaters, speakers and belt configuration, for example) may result in a longer lead time in order to complete the construction of the seats.
Our return policy: Make sure to inspect your seats immediately upon delivery! All sales are final and returns will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipment and, in the case of the latter, the shipping company will be considered liable for any charges related to damages inflicted during shipment. Damages incurred during customer (or customer's chosen shop) installation are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not considered a viable reason for a refund. All orders are considered firm and final upon payment. All canceled orders will be subject to a 15 (fifteen) percent restocking fee.
